Donation Pickup & Selling Items

Sometimes homes accumulate items over time, and it can feel overwhelming. My donation pickup service makes it easy — I’ll collect your unwanted items and ensure they go to local charities, community organizations, or my two Facebook groups where items are shared with neighbors in need.

Pricing: $100 per pickup

How it Works:

1. Schedule your pickup day.
2. Place your items outside by 8:00 AM.
3. I take care of the rest. Payment is due at booking.

If you have items you’d like to sell, I can help list and manage them for you. Items are carefully photographed, priced, and posted on my Resale Finds page, Facebook Marketplace, local Facebook tag sale sites, OfferUp, and Nextdoor to reach interested buyers.

Revenue Split: You receive 40% of the sale, and I keep 60% to cover my time for photographing, researching prices, and arranging meetups. Payments are sent to you via Venmo.

How it Works:

1. Schedule a time to drop off your items.
2. I handle listing, selling, and communicating with buyers.
3. Once an item sells, your portion of the proceeds is sent via Venmo.
